Paradise I visited Uvita with my family and was impressed by the diverse range of activities and excursions available for tourists, as well as the excellent quality of the gastronomic offerings. The town itself, located between the jungle and the Pacific Ocean, is surrounded by stunning natural beauty and abundant biodiversity. We greatly enjoyed the friendly and laid-back demeanor of the locals and felt secure and at ease during our 5-day visit.

Estamos muy agradecidos de haber conocido a Uvita. Hicimos un tour de ballenas, el guia se llamaba Anner, y nos encantó el tour. Fue una experiencia perfecta para nuestro aniversario. ¡Vimos a unas 13 ballenas! Las fotos no les hacen justicia a la grandeza y la majestad de las ballenas. Hay que hacer este tour. Había la cantidad perfecta de gente, parejas, familias, y amigos. Anner fue un gran guia, con lost dates, el humor, y como nos trató. Tambien, la señora con quien nos inscribimos era amable. Este tour con esta compañía es muy recomendable.

Uvita Chocolate Tour with Ronald An amazing tour- absolute must do on your trip. Ronald is so nice and knowledgeable about the history and process of making chocolate. A very in-depth tour, with a rustic way of making the chocolate from the beans to finish. We got to taste the chocolate and even got a face mask and learned about all of the benefits of Cocoa. I cannot recommend this tour enough; it was a phenomenal way to spend an afternoon. I am glad this is the tour I picked as it felt very personal and unlike anything else.

An amazing chocolate tour from a cacao tree farmer The chocolate tour in Uvita with Ronald was like no other tour I've experienced. In addition to a discussion on the historical origins of chocolate and the unfortunate commercialization and dilution of chocolate, he guided us in the step by step process of transforming the fruit of the cacao tree into chocolate. Be prepared to stir, smash and taste! Ronald's tour of his backyard included views of his cacao trees, vanilla bean vines, bananas, giant bamboo, flowers and monkeys! The Best (and Tastiest) Chocolate Tour! Ronald’s chocolate tour is AWESOME! The most incredible and authentic chocolate tour I could imagine! My wife really wanted to do this and I was happy to support her but I ended up loving it just as much! We learned the history of chocolate and every stage of the manufacturing process. We got to taste the cocoa beans at every step, from raw all the way to a delicious hot chocolate at the end. Ronald showed us around his property, including his small cacao plantation (bigger one is on his family farm), two airbnbs that he build by hand using real wood from his property, and so much more. He’s one of the most talented and creative people I’ve ever met! He gives you so much amazing information in a very clear way and conveys his passion through the experience. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who likes chocolate and maybe even someone who doesn’t!

From car rentals to a tour of a life time!! The folks at the Uvita Information Center are fantastic. I went through them for both a car rental from the airport as well as a Manuel Antonio Nature Park guided tour. We had the best experiences with both!! The car rental save me $550 from ABODE which was recommended by a blogger and the tour was better then we could have ever imagined, that came with directions, parking and the best tour guild, Wilber Jarquin from Nature Walks Costa Rica!! Definitely use them if you are going to Uvita or Ojochal! Best experience.

Boating adventure down the Rio Sierpe Mangrove. I enjoyed this 3 hour tour in the Sierpe Mangrove with our tour guide Carlos who shared his knowledge of this amazing ecosystem. We witnessed many exotic birds, monkeys, crocodiles and iguanas.

Well worth the trip The crew was amazing! We saw whales AND dolphins!!! Edward even sent us the videos and pics he took on his own phone. Would highly recommend!!

Empfehlenswert Die Tour lief so ab wie beschrieben. Wir haben mehrere Wale gesehen, den Naturpark erkundet und anschließend konnte noch geschnorchelt werden. Also alles gut. Der Guide war sehr nett und hat alles mehrsprachig erklärt.
