Terms and Conditions
The person, who have reservations and arrive late, will miss their tour entirely.
You should stay 15 minutes before the tour at the operator office.
The company is not responsible if you missed the service.
If you cancel 24 hours or before to tour date: you need to pay us 50% of the tour.
If you need to cancel your tour inside 24hrs before of the tour date: full payment will be charged.
There is no charge to change the date of your reservation if you notify us more than 72 hours prior to your tour.
Refunds will not be given to no shows or late arrivals.
Weather conditions
Any tour will be cancelled for the weather conditions if those put at risk the health and safety of the customers the tour, in this case the payment will be refunded, or the tour rescheduled.
The customer takes all responsibility for personal injury.
If you require medical treatment is your responsibility to carry it with you.
