Weather conditions: Any tour will be cancel for the weather conditions if those put at risk the health and safety of the customers and in this case is  100% refundable. Canopy and many of our other adventures involve some inherent risk and physical effort.

The client must be in good physical condition without any recent surgery, heart disease, pregnancy, injury or disability.

If you take medications such as allergy pills and need or have other medical problems, check with your guide. If you require medical treatment is your responsibility to carry it with you at all times. Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The limited weight is 230 pounds. Refund and cancelations: At least 48 hours before the tour hour is 90% refundable, less or prior the day of the tour is non refundable
