No refund will be given for cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled departure,but may be redeemend for a ride at a different date and time. Cancellations made prior to the 10 days will receive a 50% refund. 1 suitcase mid size allowed , U$10 extra luggage, only pick up on specific locations.

Shuttle services Easyride   This service has a schedule planned so it cannot wait more than 15 minutes  for you , so in that case you will lost the service and  . Cancelattionr pet in their own cage and two midsize luggage. 24 hours before the service is not refundable, more than 1 day before the service is 90% refundable or you can use it as a credit for other activities or future service.
