CN003 Apartment located 2 km south of Uvita right off the coastal highway, with a magnificent ocean view, swimming pool, parking space, electric gate, 24-hour security, a 5-min walk from the beach. The apartment has two rooms each screened, with a queen size bed and a double bed, cable TV, Wireless Internet, air conditioning, safe, private bathroom with hot/cold water shower, and closet. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 9 people. Kitchenette and dining set in ample terrace overlooking the sea. Laundry service available for a small fee.

Guests can use the porch kitchen for lunch and dinner. The hotel is surrounded by tropical gardens, crossed by two streams, and there is a river at the end of the garden. They have three lovely cabins with ceiling fan, private bathroom w/hot & cold water, living/kitchenette, and terrace. Cabin for 2 people (1 double bed) $75 per night, 2-bedroom cabin for 4 people (1 double + 2 single beds) $90 per night.
